Type and purpose of processing:
This website uses Google Maps. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter "Google"). This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.

Legal basis:
The legal basis for the integration of Google Maps and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Recipient:
By visiting our website, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged into, or whether no user account exists. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly associated with your account.
If you do not wish to have your activity associated with your Google profile, you must log out of Google before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses it for advertising, market research, and/or to tailor its website to user needs. Processing of personal data in the context of online prescription requests

The legal basis is your consent given in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
The data is processed exclusively within the practice and is not passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
The data is stored for a period of up to six (6) months and the data will then be deleted unless there are longer legal retention obligations.
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Furthermore, you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
